ESNNA

ESNNA

In accordance with the Supreme Decree No. 005-2020-MINCETUR, which approves the Regulation of Travel and Tourism Agencies, Aantur Perú has subscribed to the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA). In this way, we reaffirm our organizational ethics code and firmly reject, report, and condemn any practice related to sexual abuse and the exploitation of minors in Peru and worldwide.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing further?

Maintain a stance of rejection against ESNNA and warn of the imprisonment penalty.

Immediately report any case of ESNNA to the Public Ministry or the National Police.

Keep the following phone numbers handy:

  • Ministry of the Interior: line 0800-2-3232
  • Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (Emergency Women’s Center): line 100
  • National Police (nearest Police Station) Prosecutor’s Office.
  • Defenders of Children and Adolescents.

We accept, subscribe to, and promote the law that penalizes the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.

In this agency

We do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, nor any other criminal offense we become aware of during the development of our activities, as stipulated by Law No. 29408.

If you know of any case of sexual exploitation of minors under 18, do not hesitate to report it.

Sincerely,

Aantur Perú
